The Dualframe 75Si casement window has already been successfully installed in many applications commercially and for high end residential homes.  SAPA Building Systems design and extrude the system that is a technically advanced new generation of windows using the latest in thermal break technology.

This advanced thermal break technology results in a window that provides exceptional thermal performance yet does not need complex glass specifications to achieve it such as windows with Super Spacer technology.

The Dualframe 75Si casement window is an extension of the already hugely successful standard Dualframe suite that comprises casement windows, tilt and turn windows, entrance doors and reversible windows.

SAPA have now extended the Dualframe Si suite with pivot and reversible options.

SAPA have added to the Dualframe 75 Si suite with new pivot and reversible window options.

Already the standard Dualframe 75mm Si casement (side hung and top hung) windows benefit from high specifications such as:

  • Top hung, side hung and fixed lights available, including a suite of coupling sections and integration with curtain walling systems.
  • BS7950 Accredited and Secured by Design
  • Extended leg universal frame profiles.
  • 62mm deep box outer frame or 41mm universal frame for deeper plaster lines
  • Externally beaded windows also comply with BS7950 and Secured by Design.
  • Excellent results in testing for wind resistance, air and weather performance.
  • Special gaskets and seals that negate the need for foam inserts into the frame profiles.

The two new windows added to the existing casement and tilt and turn options on the Dualframe Si system are horizontal and reversible pivot windows top swing reversable options.

Both new additions whether pivot or reversible benefit from glazing thicknesses of up to 50mm as well as integration with the SAPA suite of curtain walling sections such as the NRGY62 .  There is no additional tooling required which saves existing fabricators of the Dualframe 75Si system time and fabrication costs.

Also important for fabricators and installers is that windows can use the same outer frame regardless of whether they are internally or externally beaded.  Further savings on hardware are available as the same locking systems and lock keeps can also be used.  This applies to casement, tilt and turn, reversible or pivot window options.

All window options in the SAPA Dualframe 75Si suite come with an A+ Window Energy Rating, low U-values  of 1.3 W/m²k for pivot windows and 1.4W/m²k for reversible window option, both using using standard double glazed units.

Windows have also been protected again future changes in the Building Regulations for Thermal Performance and are already Part L 2019 compliant.  2019 will see further changes to the building regulations, whereby windows will need to meet even greater standards of thermal efficiency.

High Security is offered as standard with the Dualframe 75Si system with all window options meeting PAS24 requirements and Secured By Design accreditation.
